Satisfied With Roof Replacement on Jeep Cherokee!
Around Thanksgiving a fallen tree destroyed my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. A lot of work needed to be done: significant hood work, an entire roof replacement, and windshield. I was happy with the final results from Royal Collision. The paint job matched and the car looked like new!
They had a handle on the administrative side being I'm leasing the car from a local dealership. And they gave me a guarantee on the work. After the picking the car up, I noticed a few minor details I wanted to improve. The team happily addressed the issues, no problem.

Fair and Easy to Work With
We've been living here for 23 years and any time we have had auto body issues we have taken our car to Royal Collision. It always goes smoothly. They take care of insurance and everything. It's great dealing with them. My daughter has used them as well. They're very fair about things. We were there in October of 2016 because we were rear-ended in a brand new truck we just got. The ease of the whole procedure, going through insurance, getting estimates, etc. was fabulous. They're very knowledgeable and easy to work with. There's two main gentlemen that you work with there and they are both very nice.

You Won't Go Wrong by Using Royal Collision
Royal Collision went out of their way to make sure the right products were going on my car. They were installing a new trunk because it had been damaged in an accident. The price was covered by insurance so it was fine for me. I thought their employees were very professional. I hadn't used the service before but I would go back. You won't go wrong by using Royal Collision.

Really Good Job!
Royal Collision did a paint job and some body work on my car. They got the job done and they did it right. Plus, they were pretty quick about it. The colors matched perfectly. After they were done, it didn't even look like there was anything wrong with it. It looked just like when it came out of the showroom. They did a really good job.

Been Using Them For About 25 Years
I have been using Royal Collision and have known Bill since they first started the business. That has been about 25 years of me going to them whenever I have an issue and them handling it perfectly. I recommend Bill and his guys any time that someone asks for a good mechanic. They are very honest about everything and will never try to charge you for needless repairs. I have nothing negative to say and have no intention of ever going anywhere else.

Very good company
We have been taking our vehicles to Bill at Royal Collision for a long time. He actually did something very amazing to me. He matched the paint on my daughters Volkswagen without even looking at the car. I just dropped of the bumper. Bill is great, he's very good and very modest. We bring all our cars there. A tree fell on my son's car and destroyed the column. After taking it to Royal, you can't even tell anything was ever wrong with it. I recommend this shop to anyone. He does such a great job.
